DMCA Infringement Claim Process

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

(a) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright;

(b) description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;

(c) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site (including the specific URL at which the allegedly infringing material appears);

(d) your address, telephone number, and email address;

(e) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;and,

(f) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.

Abusing the Notice procedures set forth above, or misrepresenting facts in a Notice or Counter-notification, can result in legal liability for damages, court costs and attorneys fees under the law.

Take Down Procedure

Upon receipt of written notification provided in the manner above, we will:

Remove or disable access to the material that is alleged to be infringing;

Forward the written notification to the user who posted the allegedly infringing material ("User");

and

Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the User that we have removed or disabled access to the material.
